It's time for Maryland oyster gardening return events! Thanks to your hard work, your mature oysters are ready to be transplanted to a sanctuary reef, where they will continue to grow, spawn, and help jump-start local oyster populations. Please feel free to come by anytime during the drop off window. If you need to drop off earlier or later it must be coordinated prior to the day of the event.

We suggest transporting your mature oysters in bins or buckets so that excess water and critters do not escape into your car. Transport without any water. Remember oysters can survive out of the water for hours, especially in cooler conditions. At the return we will empty your oysters into our bushel baskets before getting a spat count.
