Join Kahlil Kettering, Executive Director of The Nature Conservancy Maryland/DC, as he explores how nature-based solutions can help address rising temperatures on land and in water. Drawing on his experience in urban conservation, green infrastructure, and climate resilience, Kettering will discuss approaches such as tree canopy expansion, stormwater management, and natural landscape restoration that can help cool communities, improve water quality, and strengthen ecosystem health.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for a pre-event reception. The program begins at 6:00 p.m.
