Build a Resilient Future with Policy Partners will bring together key decision-makers to explore how Virginia’s coastal communities can respond to the growing threats of climate change and sea level rise.

Senator Angelia Williams Graves, Delegate Bonita Anthony, and Delegate Rob Bloxom will join CBF’s Jay Ford for a conversation on coordinated policy solutions that strengthen climate resilience, advance environmental justice, and support sustainable infrastructure. The discussion will highlight legislative initiatives and collaborative efforts to protect vulnerable communities and natural resources across the region, while also addressing the evolving federal landscape that influences these policies and programs.

This event is part of the Brock Environmental Center Climate Lecture Series. The series aims to bring together a diverse group of community members to share their expertise and experiences on the pressing issues surrounding climate change and its impact on the Chesapeake Bay.
